The Schiedel Rondo system is a standard chimney system with a wide application for solid fuels - for heating devices such as fireplaces, coal stoves, tiled stoves, goats. It is resistant to high temperatures. The chimney should not be used for fine coal boilers and heating devices that produce wet fumes.

Building

Schiedel Rondo is a multilayer construction with a ceramic inner pipe and lightweight concrete blocks. A pipe made of refractory ceramics. The outer block - a prefabricated light concrete element with a modular height of 33 cm - was made of expanded clay concrete with a density of 1200 kg / m ³ and a strength of 3 MPa. The mineral wool cord is made of non-combustible mineral wool, which allows for a durable and flexible fixing of the ceramic pipe in the block.

Internal profiles are made of ceramics fired at 1200 C with a density of 2150 kg / m ³ and compressive strength of 25 MPa. They are resistant to high temperatures, corrosive agents and a smooth surface.
