Sem-Grundier is a soil in the liquid phase, used for internal and external walls to reduce the porosity of absorbent substrates prior to laying the coat and plaster in machine, gypsum, cement-lime. The primer allows the surface to "breathe". Sem-Grundier eliminates drying out too quickly, scorching plaster, thus facilitating its placement.
